Berry Martini

2.5 ounces Coconut Rum
splash Champagne
0.5 ounces Strawberry Liqueur

Mix rum and liqueur over ice in shaker. Pour into glass and add champagne

Black Widow Martini

9 Blackberries
1 tablespoon Black Sanding Sugar
2 ounces Vodka
0.5 ounces Creme de Violette
0.5 ounces Lemon Juice
1 Ice
Lime Juice

Wet the rim of a martini glass and dip it in the black sanding sugar to coat the rim.
Place 6 blackberries at the bottom of a cocktail shaker and middle
Add vodka, crème de Violette, lemon juice and ice and shake until cold
Strain into martini glass and garnish with fresh blackberries

Blackjack

splash Blue Curacao
splash Grenadine
2.5 ounces Vodka
0.5 ounces Elderflower Liqueur

Mix all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker

Blanco Sangria

0.5 ounces Orange Liqueur
0.75 ounces Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 ounces Lemon Juice
0.25 ounces Passion Fruit Puree
3 ounces Spanish White Wine

Mix

Boulevardier

1.5 ounces Bourbon
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
1 Orange Twist

Add whiskey, Campari, and vermouth to shaker with ice, stir
Strain into rocks glass with a few ice cubes in it
Garnish with orange twist

2 ounces Bombay Sapphire Gin
0.75 ounces Lemon Juice
0.5 ounces Simple Syrup

Pour vodka, cranberry juice, Cointreau, and lime juice into a shaker with ice cubes, shake
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with lime or lemon wheel

Cucumber Collinstini

1 or 2 Cucumber
6 Mint Leaves
3 ounces Vodka
1.5 ounces Cointreau
1.5 ounces Sweet and Sour Mix
2 dashes Bitters
1.5 scoops Lime Juice

Add the cucumbers to a shaker and muddle thoroughly. Add the mint leaves and smack them three times with muddler. Add the alcohol, sweet and sour, bitters and ice and shake well. Strain through mesh strainer into a martini glass.

Daiquiri

1.5 ounces Rum
1 ounce Lime Juice
0.5 ounces Simple Syrup
1 Lime Twist

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes, shake
Strain into chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with lime twist or wedge

El Don Julio

1.5 ounces Tequila
0.5 ounces Creme de Cassis
0.5 ounces Lime Juice
0.5 ounces Simple Syrup
0.5 ounces Raspberry Puree

1 ounce Gin
0.5 ounces Lemon Juice
0.5 ounces Simple Syrup
3 ounces Champagne

Shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup, and strain into Champagne glass
Top with Champagne.

Holiday Cherry Cocktail

2 ounces Vanilla Vodka
1 ounce Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 ounce Simple Syrup
2 ounces Cranberry Juice

Pour into shaker with ice and stir.

Jalapeno And Rosemary Margarita

1.5 ounces Silver Tequila
1.5 ounces Orange Liqueur
1 ounce Lime Juice
0.5 ounces Simple Syrup
1 or 2 Jalapeno Rings

Taijin and Sugar Mix (50/50)

Add the tequila, jalapeno and rosemary in a cocktail shaker and crush it with a muddler. Add the orange liqueur, lime juice and syrup into the shaker. Add one scoop of ice, close and shake. Prepare the margarita glass by covering the edge in lime juice and then tajin/sugar mix. Add clean ice to the glass. Pour the margarita into the glass using a strainer. Garnish with a slice of lime and rosemary stock in the lime. Burn the rosemary.

La Chica Loca

1.5 ounces Don Julio Blanco infused with Lemon Peels
1 ounce Pineapple Puree
0.75 ounces Lemon Juice
0.5 ounces Simple Syrup
1 ounce Ginger Ale
1 Banana Leaf
1 Chili Pepper

Add all ingredients except ginger ale to shaker and shake. Pour into highball glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale, banana leaf and chili pepper.

Mango And Hibiscus Mojito

1.5 ounces White Rum
1 ounce Mango Liqueur
3 Lime Wedges
1 ounce Simple Syrup
1 ounce Mango Puree
6-8 Mint Leaves
0.25 cups Hibiscus Flower Infusion

Add mint, lime wedges and syrup to a 10 oz. highball glass and crush it with a muddler. Add the mango liqueur, mango puree and rum to the glass and stir. Add clean ice, saving two fingers under the full cup. Fill the cup with hibiscus infusion. Garnish with hibiscus flowers and lime ring.

Manhattan

2 ounces Bourbon
1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
dash Angostura Bitters
1 Luxardo Cherry

Pour whiskey, vermouth, and bitters into a shaker with ice cubes, stir
Strain into chilled glass
Garnish with cherry

Margarita

2 ounces Tequila
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce Lime Juice
1 Lime Slice
pinch Salt

Create salted rim (coat rim of glass with salt) and fill with ice
Add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and ice to a shaker. Shake
Strain into glass
Garnish with lime slice

Martinez De La Fronters

1.25 ounces Tanqueray No. 10 Gin
0.75 ounces Sweet Vermouth
0.75 ounces Fino Sherry
1 barspoon Maraschino Liqueur
dash Angostura Bitters
dash Orange Bitters

Stir all ingredients in a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist

Martini

3 ounces Gin
1.5 ounces Dry Vermouth
1 Lemon Twist
1 Olive

Pour gin and vermouth into a mixer with ice cubes, stir
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with an olive or lemon twist

Mediterranean Cobbler

1.5 ounces Ciroc Snap Frost Vodka
0.25 ounces Ouzo
0.75 ounces Pinot Grigio
0.75 ounces Lemon Juice
0.75 ounces Blueberry Syrup
3 Raspberries

Muddle raspberries in high ball glass. Add all ingredients and crushed ice and stir. Top with mint and berries.

Mimosa

2.5 ounces Champagne
2.5 ounces Orange Juice
1 Orange Slice

Pour Champagne in Champagne flute
Add orange juice
Garnish with orange slice

Mojito

1.5 ounces Rum
1 ounce Lime Juice
2 teaspoons Sugar
6 Mint Leaves
to top Club Soda

Muddle 4 mint leaves with sugar and lime juice
Fill glass half full with crushed ice, add rum, and stir
Top off with club soda
Garnish WITH leftover 2 mint leaves and optional lime wheel or wedge

Moscow Mule

4 ounces Ginger Beer
1.5 ounces Vodka
1 teaspoon Lime Juice
1 Lime Slice

Combine ginger beer and vodka in a highball glass full of ice
Add lime juice, stir
Garnish with lime slice

Old Cuban

1.5 ounces Barcardi 8 Rum
0.75 ounces Lemon Juice
0.5 ounces Simple Syrup
4 Mint Leaves
Ice
Champagne

Place all ingredients in small portion of Boston shaker
Shake and strain into a flute glass
Top with brut or dry champagne

Old Fashioned

2 ounces Bourbon
0.5 ounces Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Orange Slice
1 Maraschino Cherry

Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and cover in bitters
Add a teaspoon of water, muddle until sugar cube dissolved
Fill glass with ice, add whiskey
Garnish with orange slice or cherry

Pink Paloma

1.5 ounces Silver Tequila
1.5 ounces Orange Liqueur
4 Lime Wedges
2 Orange Wedges
2 Grapefruit Wedges
dash Simple Syrup
4 ounces Grapefruit Soda
0.5 ounces Hibiscus Water
Taijin and Sugar Mix (50/50)

Add the lime, orange and grapefruit wedges to a shaker and crush with a muddler. Prepare a 15 oz. hurricane glass with lime juice and Tajin mix on the rim. Strain the juices from the shaker into the glass. Add ice, tequila, orange liqueur and simple syrup to the glass. Add grapefruit soda to one inch below the rim. Add hibiscus water or flower. Stir.
